Minnow - Siamese fighting fish

Minnow is a very active, lively, and spirited betta. She constantly darts around her tank to explore and dances at the front to greet people passing by. She is very friendly with betta-safe community species and is fairly peaceful and unbothered on a day-to-day basis. She is, however, a bit spicier with other bettas. During breeding she needs a patient and straightforward male because she likes to test the waters a little on who really is in charge. Ultimately, she is cooperative during the process after her initial finickiness and is helpful during spawning, returning eggs to the bubble nest with the male. She has excellent form with very strong finage. I absolutely adore her thick body shape and stable deep marbling.
